It's same same for us.The first batch of devices I received was 1.2 (10 devices), the second and third (30 devices each) v1.0. Flash process is the same and in EU there is no difference in flash layout, config files and other significant basics.

Yes, hardware is identical. Since everything worked with both versions, I didn't bother to check the actual differences. Generally only major version hops require major, or even any, changes with TP-Link devices.

all stable releases include luci, unless you request a custom image in the image builder, then you need to add it yourself.
Ax23 has only snapshot?
No, it's also available in 23.05.0-rc2, it has luci.

i found the firmware file but...when i try to upgrade the firmware its load upto 100% and show firimware upgrade success but...again load the same page...system error
