I have ZBT WG3526 router bought from alibaba.com. I tried it to power on via connecting 12V 2.5A. Connecting to power it is powered on but not able to connect it via LAN. it is preinstalled EC25-E.
Power LED lights up and 3G/4G LED blinking . LAN , WIFI, WAN not working or LED not coming up.
Can anyone help me to install the Firmware using USB to TTL port. there is also USB Port, SATA PORT, SD Card slot available .
if the device's unresponsive, perhaps you should try to fix it, before trying to install openwrt.

I have purchased the USB to TTL device. can you please guide me step by step. the link you shared earlier is very difficut for me to understand. i am not sure from where to start now.
the serial port is the four holes in the middle of the PCB in the link above,
next to the green capacitor closest to the middle. they've even been kind
enough to write out the GND, TX & RX pins.
that's where you need to connect your USB TTL. don't connect the 3V3 pin.

I have connected the PL2303 and installed the driver in the windows .also connected the TX, RX, GND. Please suggest what software to use to send files to WG3526 Router board.
Does the serial produce any output?
Swap Rx/Tx, set the terminal to 115200 8N1, reboot the box and observe terminal output.
Make sure your adapter is isolated from the chassis.
I doubt you really need all that at all. Have you tried using the regular bootloader recovery process?

Can you tell me how do i check if the board is not hard bricked . also which program i need to use . "Putty", "Tera Term" or any suggestion ?
You can use any terminal including putty, etc. No more pictures are needed.
Nothing is happening on the terminal screen. it is blank screen. even setting 115200 8N1 and swapping RX, TX cables . also board is now not touching Chesis.
Start from checking your adapter - disconnect it from the board, connect Tx and Rx on the adapter together and type something in the terminal, you shoud receive back what you typed.

Nothing is being received from router board . Stuck on the process of connection of router to terminal
Then forget about UART and use bootloader as I advised earlier. Have you ever looked for this method?

I tried this method but LAN LED is not coming up . It is blinking , sometimes it tries to identify the network but not successful to get any page on 192.168.1.1
You need to configure static IP on your PC from the same subnet, like 192.168.1.100/255.255.255.0

I set that as well. Router LAN blinked and identifying network on laptop, but after that not table to open 192.168.1.1 on browsers.
