This board seems as hardware broken . Nothing proceeding to boot up

This looks like a RAM problem. The first stage sets up the RAM chip. Then the second stage is loaded into RAM and executed.

With direct from China deals you will get a few units DOA. If you can't warranty it you could try as a last ditch attempt reflowing the solder on the SoC and RAM.

Thanks For Reply. Now i tried again , i was playing wtih baord and just pressed the heatsink of main chip . then it connected on 192.168.1.1 . It worked 2-3 times while pressing on the heat sink .

One question as it was giving me all code on terminal after pressing on the heatsink of MT7621. is this Chip working or not ? do i need to solder this again or only RAM ?

The one you press on is most likely the problem. Outside the scope of this forum, you need to look at ways to "reflow the solder." I would use a heat gun. Another approach is to put the whole board into an oven.
