Unable to Start 5GHz Radio on Cudy WR1300

Just flashed today on my Cudy WR1300 router. sadly now I cant get 5GHz running  any ideas what I might have done wrong? it saying Openwrt wireless is not associated and Device not activate. please help me

Does this help? - No wifi after installing openwrt-21.02.0 on Cudy WR1300

please can you help me in this problem? whats the reason for this problem?

When i choose channel 36-48 then showing like this screenshot.

When i choose 52-144 then showing like this

Device is not active
Wireless is not associated

Whats the problem with 5GHz? how can i solved this? please help me please

I have just acquired this Router Cudy WR1300 v3 ( and installed OpenWrt 23.05.3 by sysupgrede from the official OpenWRT provided by the manufacturer. I am facing the exact same problem. I am unable to use 5ghz when I choose channels between 52-144. Is there any known problem, or there is something I did wrong.

Thank you for your time.

You need to select country code to use !36 channels

Yes I have already done it. I have chosen many countries US and european ones. The problem remains the same.

You have one try at country core per device poweron and connection will use minimal features and maximum restrictions matching with all previous changes and with client.

So I have to restart after I change country or before trying a new country. Thanks for your assistance.

You absolutely have to use real country. And never change.

I had my country selected and I created a wireless network with AC Channel 116 and 80Mhz which I doublechecked that they are legal and available for my country in the European Union. Despite the fact that the netwrork shows as available in the Luci interface no matter what I do the network is not becoming available to my devices. Only after setting the channel to the 153 and keep all the other settings the same the network finaly becomes available. I am trying to use channel 116 because all my other routers covering the area use the same channel and I want to roam between them. I realy don't know how to troubleshoot it more. During troubleshooting I tried many other countries to no avail.

take a look at this and decide the best for you

I realized that I cannot use the channels that specify (radar detection) I didn't know that. So I need to use any other of the available channels. My problem now is how other routers flashed with the same openwrt version allow to choose these channels. Anyway thanks for your suggestions.

in general you can use this channels, but you need wait a bit longer than non DFS channels, could be something broken in wireless driver.

Set channel to auto, it will take few minutes to survey DFS channels.
