Luci/GUI doesn't work. Meybe should I install it on exroot ?

Could you post a list of packages /stuff you removed?
If you got the script at hand that would help too.

Removed? I don't think so. I just compile the firmware including extroot package without GUI/LuCI. After extroot you can do what do you want. I think it can be reduce the problem on the image.

With my own build and with yours I get the following error:

Error code: 18005
Upgrade unsuccessfully because the version of the upgraded file was incorrect. Please check the file name.

Sorry for lately reply. Resistor 10K is fine. Pullup TX pin to VCC with resistor.
