Tp link archer c7 v5 can not access GUI

i have just flashed openwrt 19.07.5 and i can not access GUI
i can access from putty
i tried to install luci using putty but i have massrge it is already installed
my firmware is
http://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/19.07.5/targets/ath79/generic/openwrt-19.07.5-ath79-generic-tplink_archer-c7-v5-squashfs-factory.bin

any help plz

Make sure you clean your browser cache, or use private browsing mode.
The url is plain http://192.168.1.1 or http://openwrt.lan
