TP-Link Archer C50 v4 stuck in endless LED loop

I recently attempted to flash OpenWRT onto my TP-Link Archer C50 v4 router using this version: OpenWRT 22.03.3 for Archer C50 v4 (Kernel download). Unfortunately, after the flashing process, the router won't boot up. It goes through a sequence of LED blinks, including green and yellow, but ultimately ends up in an infinite loop with all LEDs off.

These are the steps:

  1. All LEDs blink in green.
  2. The internet (world) LED changes to yellow.
  3. All LEDs, except the power LED, turn off.

Repeat this 3 steps again, but in the last, the power led is turn off too.

I can't access the web admin, and it seems unresponsive. Have I bricked my router? Is there a way to repair it or revert back to the official firmware? Any guidance on getting OpenWRT to work or restoring the router would be highly appreciated! Thank you!

Seems likely, but you can read the whole page looking for something I missed.

From the C50 device page provided by @LilRedDog , you should eventually find this old post with instructions for how to construct a recovery file to help you unbrick your C50 v4 using TFTP.

It does contain a link to a prebuilt TPLink recovery file for C50 v4 EU version.
