The device is connected to Wi-Fi, but there is no internet

Hi everyone,
I installed OpenWrt v 7.01.4 on the tplink td8968 v5 router, after the installation I changed the IP address of Openwrt and connected the usb adapter wifi to the router and connected to wireless, but the problem is that there is no internet even though the usb adapter wifi is connected to wireless

If you mean 17.01.4, it is old and unsupported. Your device supports current version 19.07.6, so start by upgrading to that one.
Then post also some more troubleshooting:

I installed the latest version in the past few days, and the same problem existed. I tried with several copies openwrt and the same problem remained

It might as well be due to the limited support of the wireless on this device as mentioned in the banner.

My modem type is tp-link_td-w8968 v5
And not tp-link_td-w8960n_v5

Your device is using the same page as 8960.
