R7800 issues to be resolved before releasing the next stable release 23.xx

Considering that R7800 is a popular device in the OpenWrt community and that many of us would like to have a "last known good configuration" build as a reference point (and as a good reason to upgrade a stable branch build), I propose and kindly ask for the following issues/PRs to be resolved before the next major stable release 23.xx:

11676
12258
12088
20428

DSA
4036
4716
4717

I suggest that all the above together should be a blocker for releasing the next 23.xx release for R7800. This is to avoid another 22.xx-like release whose quality (stability & performance) slipped for R7800.

Realistically, DSA is not going to happen for 23.xy - it's waaaaaaay too late in the release cycle for a change like this (even less if you're sensitive to performance regressions). Hopefully the DSA migration will be considered with kernel v6.1 and with that next major release after 23.xy (so realistically 24.xy or later), but it will come with a (further) performance penalty - still, it's needed.
