Does anyone have any idea when the changelogs will be available for 19.07.2 and 18.06.8? I have checked the openwrt site and if I have missed the information then apologies.
They aren't released yet and will be released if all target images are built.
Checkout the git logs of the two tags.

I'm a bit perplexed by this part here: at the end of the day, were those fixes included or not? I see they were reverted because they lacked the CVE reference.

True, but I didn't understand where the CVE info was supposed to be, then.
