No openvpn-* pkg in 18.06.2 repo?

I'm on WR1200JS, with a MT7621 as CPU and so that mipsel_24kc as architecture.
I've run opkg update without an error, but opkg list|grep openvpn only shows some luci-related pkgs. To be sure I went to http://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/18.06.2/packages/mipsel_24kc/base , http://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/18.06.2/targets/ramips/mt7621/packages , and http ://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/18.06.2/packages/mipsel_24kc/packages but found nothing named with openvpn.
Is there any particular reason for removing OpenVPN?

The third link was modified to pass the new-user-no-more-than-2-links check.
