Mipsel_24kc release (21.02.3 and 21.02.4) doesn't have the updated curl and libcurl4

Hi,

Sorry if this isn't the right venue to post this. But it seems the latest packages for curl and libcurl4 is not yet in the mipsel_24kc. It still has the *-1-2-1.ipk version instead of the *-1-4-1.ipk versions.

The OpenWrt 21.02 stable series is in security maintenance only mode.

Yes I know that.. but curl got broken after the wolfssl security update. Based on a comment in github it has been fixed but it looks like it hasn't been propagated to the release of other archi.
