Linksys WRT1900AC v2 Slow Upload speed on 22.03.0 stable

Hello, i have a 1Gb/s connection and a router described above.

After sysupgrade from 21.02.3 my upload speed is like 1/10~ (94 Mbps) of what its supposed\was before on the 21.XX releases (850~ Mbps)

I have Irqbalance, Packet Steering and HW_Offload enabled. (tried with these on 22.03)

I've also tried upgrading without keeping the .conf option. I didn't tried 22.XX RC versions, so i don't know if this behavior was on those to.
