I can't retrieve the SSH document to configure my Xiaomi Router 3 on the Xiaomi website

I want to set up my router. During the installation of OpenWrt, I encountered a problem that prevents me from continuing. I need the .bin document with the SSH key. This document is supposed to be available on the Xiaomi website: https://d.miwifi.com/rom/ssh. However, when I visit the site, it indicates that the router is not linked to my Xiaomi account.

Can you provide me with another method to obtain the .bin document or guide me to link my account to my router? I would like to point out that I have already tried several manipulations to link it without success.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi, what instalation steps are you following? Xiaomi router 3 is not supported by Openwrt. Look here: https://openwrt.org/toh/xiaomi/mir3

Hello, I'm following the steps where I need to put the OpenWrt data on a USB stick with the .bin document

Can you give a link?

what @Underworld said.

where in the wiki is https://d.miwifi.com/rom/ssh referenced ?

refer to my build:
New Build for Xiaomi Router 3 / R3 / MIR3 - OpenWrt v21.02.5 / Snapshot

  1. prepare a USB drive, and format it in fat32
  2. copy the renamed two code into USB: rootfs0.bin and kernel1.bin
  3. pulg the USB drive first
  4. make sure you are in the miwifi_r3_all_55ac7_2.11.20.bin factory fw, if not, "upgrade" it.
  5. connect internet
  6. follow the instructions: copy&paste contexts to the browser.
    (mod the <stok> string, <OLD_PASSWORD> <NEW_PASSWORD>)
  7. finally, you get {code0}
  8. ssh root@, use the new password
  9. once you got the SSH access, setup the nvram immediately
nvram set uart_en=1
nvram set flag_last_success=1
nvram set boot_wait=on
nvram commit
  1. then
    cd to the USB
cd /extdisks/sda1

mtd write kernel1.bin kernel1
mtd write rootfs0.bin rootfs0
  1. it'll reboot and long-time waiting the LED to blue

On the wiki: https://openwrt.org/toh/xiaomi/mir3g
4. On a PC, visit https://d.miwifi.com/rom/ssh and sign-in to your account. It is important to have the https version. It might get switched to http and show an error. Changing that to https again should make the page load again. This is also the case for all clicks on that website, for example the download link will also probably only work if changing manually to https after getting an error. Alternatively, redirection and loading problems can be avoided by directly accessing the page. After signing-in to your xiaomi account get your “userID” (the number near your profile pic), then copy-paste it to the following link https://d.miwifi.com/rom/ssh?userId=.

Is the MIR3 and MIR3G the same device?

Nope, they are different, and OP will brick his router if he is not sure what device he have.
Also there are two versions of 3G with differnet instructions.
