I'm starting to agree that a Static IP is likely done on the carrier-side.

Verify your cellular carrier has set the static IP.
I have a static ip and i pay money for this ip before installing openWRT i used to see my static ip on the stock firmware
Doesn't mean you don't have it, it could just not be displayed.
Try some whatmyip site, see if it matches the IP you paid for.
No it doesn't match the ip i paid for its a different ip starting with 176. And the ip i paid for starting with 46 plus the ip on openwrt start with 10 and dosnt match the one on whatsmyip
First of all i think my ISP is using CGNat thats why the ip address on openWrt starts with 10. And it dosnt match the puplic ip address on whatsmyip , therefor I can't forward a port to internet i was trying to forward a port but I couldn't open a port at all. Because CGNat dosnt let router to forward ports to Wan
Hey buddy i just fixed my problem i took the SIM card off and put it on my device then i made configuration for APN. Then i could see the static ip after that i put it back on router and all good.
