Help Installing OpenWRT on Cisco Meraki MR52

I have a Meraki MR 52 access point which I have been able to ubootwrite to and I was able to get into Luci via 192.168.1.1 but I can't get back there. I'm not sure if I am just not setting up the ip addr incorrectly, but now its stuck in a boot loop. I can reset it and still connect it to ethernet and access it using meraki dashboard, but I bought this thing at a yard sale for $20 and don't want to pay $150 a year to use it as a access point. For reference, I have been following these links for guidance:

https://openwrt.org/toh/meraki/mr52?s[]=mr52

https://openwrt.org/toh/hwdata/meraki/meraki_mr52

Is there anyone who can help me with some guidance on TFTP flashing and IP allocation?

There are plenty of guides on YT, the setup's always the same, except for IPs and file name, the guide doesn't have to be device specific.

Yeah the setup is the same "in essence" but the reality is that the specific coding requirements will vary based on the operating system, the software and hardware used etc. Anyway, I have been able to successfully reflash the MR52 access point and get to the white "success" light, but micom stated br-lan: port 2(eth1) entered forwarding state, but pinging 192.168.1.1 states network is unreachable. And FYI I references a youtube video as a source in the links I provided with guides I was following. Flashing via TPLink firmware upgrade portal is completely different from using ttyUSB FTDI232 in terms of required knowledge of command line and complexity. If you have some thoughts about troubleshooting my issue I would welcome them, but frankly saying that youtube has videos is just stating common knowledge. Not really helpful.

Anyway I just successfully SSH'ed into OPENWRT
