Enable and adding VLANS via GUI broken in 21.02.02?

Hm, I just installed 21.02.02 on an unused NeWifi D2 and tried to add some VLANs via the Web Gui, but it does not work.
Things I tried :
click 'configure' on default 'br-lan' -> 'Bridge VLAN filtering' -> enable VLAN filtering : click SAVE closes the dialog, but there are no changes to be applied.
Doing the same and adding some VLANs in the dialog wont close it on SAVE, if i click 'dismiss', there are some pending changes, but 'save and apply' gives an error:

The same thing happens on a new Archer C7 V5 and on an AVM Repeater 1750E.
The weird thing is : on 21.02.01 on my other NeWifi D2 it worked fine:

additional info: After klicking 'dismiss' and reloading the page i got the following:

After 'Save and apply' the router is not responding anymore and rolls back the changes.

i don't know your use case but putting all ports as tagged in vlan 2 is questionable ... maybe it is really what you want.

anyhow, if you enable vlan bridging and add just vlan 1 with all ports untagged, then save&apply. if that's ok then try to add vlan2.

Oh, that was just an example, the real config is already in use here between 3 routers : WRT3200ACM with 19.07, Archer C7 V5 with 19.07 and another NeWifi D2 with 21.02.01, using VLAN IDs 1,3 and 5 bridged to multiple WLANs. The problem is, that I can't redo my config from the link above with the web GUI anymore.

New try:

this i can save and apply without error, but the connection to the router is lost (there is only an ethernet cable between my notebook and the router, notebook IP is configured static), I have to wait for rollback.

Hmm, I think I found a small bug
If you set that checkmark at 'enable VLAN filtering' by hand and after that use the 'add' button (or just 'save&apply'), the configuraion inside the GUI wont work anymore. Just using the 'add' button without touching 'Enable VLAN filtering' will automatically mark the checkbox and everything works as expected. Bug seems also present in 21.02.1 bzw.

Looks to be the same issue I had and that caused me so much frustration.

DHCP with VLAN on 21.02

But why does the VLAN2 interface able to obtain an address in the 192.168.2.x range as expected (and without VLAN filtering turned on)? Why is this problem confined to the wireless clients? If the wireless station is bridged to the VLAN2 interface should the clients not also obtain addresses in the 192.168.2.x range?
