i am not much familiar with ssh but i tried. i am sharing screen shots
@kar200
You have it all correct. You are only missing the "Kernel" at the end of the command
Make sure you cd into /tmp first.
Once it's done just reboot and it should go back to stock firmware
Hello again,
yes i am doing it as you mentioned but its not working please assist
Oh sorry
Can you paste the output of

Aaaaah... Just realised what it is lol.

now what ? should i reboot router ?
Yes please .
First reboot takes a but longer (backup partition is updated with the new firmware ).
Then after that it should be back on stock.
Maybe reset the router once more from the stock firmware to make sure the nvram is reset (although padavan should not have altered anything )
Thanks alot bro it works back to stock.
Wifi leds lights are on but no wifi still same problem. i think my router have hardware issue.
anyways thank you for your kind assistance .
can you share openwrt firmware for my router ? Dir-853 A3
Once again Thanks
Ok weird. I wonder what happened with the padavan flash then.
Sure. Here is the link. Defalt IP is 192.168.1.1 - also the wiirless does not get configured fully from luci (web interface).
Make sure you enable software and hardware flow offload in Network-Firewall
I will post in the next post how my wireless is setup so you have an idea. You need to edit the file manually in ssh (/etc/config/wireless).
Where you see the ***** means you put your own. It should be self explanatory.

Let me know how you go and also how it performs. The wireless would not be as good as stock or padavan but the firmware is a LOT more versatile.
I only included packages I use myself at home. Etisalat has upgraded everyone I believe to minimum 500/200 and I can still get the full speed with wireless (that's with the phone next to the router though hhhh).
I am using it with around 35 devices at home (laptop, phones, tvs...etc) and I do not see any drop in performance compared to my WRT3200ACM (although the latter is way more poweful).
I included DDNS, wireguard, adblock, VPN-Polucy-routing and a couple more. You can probably add packages from the software tab but if it is anything with Kernel Modules it probably won't accept the upgrade.
If you want any other packages I can easily include them in an upgrade version that you can just flash from the web interface.
Good luck
OK bro i will try it tomorrow and let you know.
one more thing LOL.. how do i install this firmware (openwrt) (padavan to wrt) or (stock to wrt )?
Oh this firmware is encrypted. Only to be flashed from the D-Link stock firmware (ET) through the web interface. Do not try any other way.

Hi @kar200,
I am using an Etisalat D-Link DIR 853/ET A3 Router. I am not able get the WiFi extender/repeater functionality in this router. Also is it possible to flash the firmware to it's original one? Can you please help me on this.
hi @jahidhakeem,
Sorry I did not undersrtand your question properly. Can you please confirm you are still using the ET firmware? If not have you flashed padavan?
I am using Etisalat Firmware, I need to use this router as a WiFi extender. If I flash Padavan, will I be able to use this router as a WiFi extender?
For any Padavan related discussion please use the Padavan support channels.
Thanks!
