I've reseted this tplink ap with the small button but now i cannot connect to luci.. computer does get 192.168.1.46 and default router and dns are also alright, but browser won't connect
Can you reach the device via ssh (192.168.1.1)? If so, the login will be root and the password will be blank.
From there, let's see the output of:
ubus call system board
For how crazy this could be, restarting my windows 10 fixed the issue. Go figure..

Sometimes Windows is a bit messy with its settings dialogs. I had the same issue once that changed network setting did not want to work and it turned out that it works immediately if clocking on Apply first before clicking on OK. If I only klicked OK, the new setting did not work until a reboot.
