my device not supported in your list

you did right by not telling us which modem you do have...

Model: tl-mr6400 v5(openwrt)
its already there

that's the router, not the modem inside ...

and how to know modem name?

lsusb or lspci should tell you.

Explain more

install the packages, then run them from ssh.

Speak to the app author to have your modem added.
You can also see author's guidelines here.

We don't
In fact it is just one more Qualcomm based Cat4 modem.

He order me more information

exact name of modem and ew version number
VID and PID identifier on the USB bus
serial port used for communication with the modem ("diagnostic")
AT command to read the set bands together with an example result
an AT command to set specific bands
a list of all bands that can be set on the modem

Testing to see if thread is closed

You have this already - 05c6:9025

/dev/ttyUSB2, "AT command port" should be used in the question instead of "diagnostics".

Install a terminal program like picocom, connect to the modem with picocom /dev/ttyUSB2 and send a few commands to the modem:

ATI
AT+CGMI
AT+CGMM
AT+CGMR

Send the following commands to the modem:

AT$QCBANDPREF?
AT$QCBANDPREF=?
