Sorry if the question was already discussed, but...
Browsing ToH, I see that previously worked links to Instalations method(s) and Recovery method(s) now leads to deleted/moved wiki pages, so there is no easy/reliable way to find the device-specific installation instruction anymore.
Is there any reason to that? And any hope to find the instructions?
(Thinking of buying an openwrt-supported router, so wandering around devices and instructions in general, not asking for a specific device.)
Let's keep this open for comment by those who maintain the wiki, but the info is still available. My guess is that the previous links for installation and such have been deprecated because it is now standard for the git commit to have the instructions (per device).
The link near the top that is the git commit has all the info. There is also the device page here that also has the info you need.
The general install and recovery instructions were pretty useless for all devices since the methods to be used is always device specific depending on the hardware design and manufacturer inventions so I am not surprised they are finally gone.
Is it possible that some installation and recovery method pages are not deleted but moved, probably by @tmomas on 2019/09/14?
inbox:docs:installation:... moved to docs:guide-user:installation:installation_methods:...
inbox:docs:recovery:... moved to docs:guide-user:installation:recovery_methods:...
Maybe certain configurations were not adjusted after these moves. That seems to be noticeable on e.g. some "Techdata" pages. The "Dataentry" for "Installation method(s)" and "Recovery method(s)" are sometimes giving a links to a page with message "This page does not exist anymore".
Is it possible those links are not working anymore due to move of pages (on 2019/09/14) without adjusting proper configuration?
I assume the tryout is over and decision is to use namespacesdocs:guide-user:installation:installation_methods and docs:guide-user:installation:recovery_methods?
