Wrt160nl, ART&NVRAM working dumps wanted

First of all - forgive me for my (google) English

I have this miracle device:
(HW ver. - 1.6;S\N start with CUR06 with OpenWrt 18.06.4 r7808-ef686b7292 / LuCI openwrt-18.06 branch (git-19.170.32094-4d6d8bc))
on which the radio interface is no longer initialized, and therefore there is no WiFi

It turned out that the problem is in the damaged nvram and art flash partitions:

  1. dmesg excerpt:

  1. partitions dumps show that both of them are filled with 0FF

If I follow "How to restore ART partition", then I need working dumps. Unfortunately neither my friends nor I have working wrt160nl at hand, and therefore I can't get working dumps.

Hence my supplication : please direct me to where I can get the working dumps of the art and nvram partitions for device in subject (wrt160nl)
