WPA3 suuport of SAE encription on raspberry pi 3b+

Hi All,

I tried to install 19.07.3 OpenWrt into raspberry pi 3b+, When I tried to config /etc/config/wireless to support SAE encryption support and ieee80211w =1 and tried ieee80211w =2, not able to get WiFi signal.

Please, let me know Raspberry pi 3b+ support WPA3.

Please help me to write a proper wireless config which supports SAE encryption.
