Wireless not showing

hello I have a problem I installed openwrt on comtrend vg-8050 router the problem I can't find wireless can you help me please

You might want to read the disclaimer at the top of the device info page:

Devices with Broadcom WiFi chipsets have limited OpenWrt supportability (due to limited FLOSS driver availability for Broadcom chips). Consider this when choosing a device to buy, or when deciding to flash OpenWrt on your device because it is listed as supported. See Broadcom WiFi for details.

I don't really understand I installed openwrt but I can't find wireless

I have the same problem. I updated the DW02-412H device and the Wi-Fi disappeared from it. It was working on the previous version of openwrt.

What portion of the statement is difficult to understand?

How is this related to the Original Poster's issue with a Comtrend vg-8050?

What he means is broadly this. The OpenWRT developers are inevitably constrained by what the chipmakers provide. Provision varies, which is why some devices are fully supported, some partially, and some not at all. In the case of Broadcom, they are not interested in the open source community, and so they do not provide an open source driver which our devs can use to talk to the Broadcom wifi chipset. This is why you cant see wifi even though you installed OpenWRT.
The issue is well known, hence the warning on the page for your device.
This in turn means the devs cant help you. They would if they could, but because Broadcom won't help them, they can't help you either.
If I were you I would 1) flash your device back to the stock (manufacturers) firmware, 2), sell it on ebay, 3) buy yourself a router which is fully supported after checking on the Table of Hardware for support and any constraints.
You wont need to spend a fortune and it will be worth it. I would never buy a device which isn't fully supported out of the box.

Its not the same issue then. If it worked on an earlier version then it should be supported because the chipset hadn't changed. What does LuCi show?

I can't find the original firmware

You should be able to download it from the manufacturer's website

Je ne le trouve pas

J'ai eu un autre problème j'ai passé un mauvais firmware le routeur ne s'affiche plus interface 192.168.1.1

You might find it somewhere here?

Or here

Is this an ISP provided router? If so they are almost always useless. Get something good on ebay

Je ne trouve pas firmware
