Wireless Issue For 2.4G And 5G

Hi There I'm facing a Wireless issue My Laptop or my phone is not able to Check the 5G Or 2.4G Signal
it's not showing In Any Device And My Router Only Shows 5G But Not able to use 2.4G

Well, at least the 2.4 GHz WLAN is disabled and needs clicking the enable button.

hi there yes 2.4G its working fine but 5Ghz don't show in mobile phones only shows in Laptop ? Any Solution for that ?
