Wifi works only when Ethernet is plugged

Device: Carambola 2 router
FW/SW:
Linux OpenWrt 6.6.73 #0 Mon Feb 3 23:09:37 2025 mips GNU/Linux

OpenWrt 24.10.0 r28427-6df0e3d02a / LuCI openwrt-24.10 branch 25.014.55016~7046a1c

Actually only WiFi connection to PC failed without cable.
Router's Internet connection remains OK.
Configuration details in attachment.

Also 3 other routers based on RT5350 demonstrate exactly the same failure.

It is very common for users to copy/paste their config files here. You just need network, wireless, dhcp and firewall files from /etc/config/. Redact any sensitive data.

It's very strange but everything works on my work computer.
So the problem in my home PC
