Previously I had build an 19.07 branch for Archer C7 v5 and wifi works fine.
As I needed to install kmod-usb-ohci, I decided to update the feeds and build openwrt again, but after installing the firmware on the router the 5ghz wifi stopped working.
I downloaded the snapshot image at https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/targets/ar71xx/generic/openwrt-ar71xx-generic-archer-c7-v5-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin and i got the same error. At the moment I had to install version 18.06.4 for wifi to work again.
I wonder if there was a firmware change or is it a bug?
It's a firmware change. ar71xx
hasn't been updated in a few months.
You should use the new ath79
firmware: https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/targets/ath79/generic/openwrt-ath79-generic-tplink_archer-c7-v5-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
(Backed up settings may not work between this version and 18.06.4.)

Thanks for the answer.
I install the new ath79 firmware from openwrt site and wifi works.
After I clean the build system and compile all packages again, and works.
