Which router i should use?

So, I need a new router. I have a PC, Xbox Series X, mini media server on Raspberry Pi, Meta Quest 3 and I want to watch videos in 4K resolution.

100Mbps+200Mbps for goggles
100Mbps + smart tv another 100Mbps
100Mbps
200Mbps
800Mbps multiplied by 2 is 1600Mbps, since wifi is half duplex

Likely you are stuck with 80MHz channels for radars around, each giving link rate 600 transfer rate 300 per antenna.
1600/600 = 3+ antennas,
like glinet filnt 2, or anything AX with 4 or more antennas per band.
better two. gigabit interconnect will serve, but not much extra cost having 2.5Gbps interconnect.

It would help knowing what kind of internet connection you have and how many concurrent users there are. 4K doesn't require lots of bandwidth on its own. And if you're the only person using the router at any given moment, it doesn't really matter how many devices you have in total.

You never mention your internet or specifically gaming (not sure if your Xbox is just for blue ray or not); do you just want to make sure your lan will handle the media server to your headset?

Do you want 5 friends to be able to play CoD on your WiFi?
