Where are luci-app-macvlan or luci-app-syncdial packages?

为什么lede的luci里没有luci-app-macvlan或luci-app-syncdial，这样好用插件没有太可惜了啊~

Likely because nobody has created the pull request to import the packages into the main LuCI repository. Based on google search, it looks like the packages have been developed somewhere else.
