supports WiFi 6 (802.11ax)
Handles both 2,5GHz and 5GHz at 400Mb/s or more
WAN 1Gb/s or more

Mercusys MR70X, it's very cheap in PL (someone was selling a new one for 110PLN
at Allegro, the other day), or perhaps the AX Xiaomis.
At 400mbps, you could probably even settle for an AC2600 device.
(the Mercusys isn't part of the list below, because of Add new brand Mercusys to ToH)

The WAX206 would also fit your budget, it's currently 330 at X-kom.
Xkom has weird prices, it's always higher than anywhere else, and if it's sold out it's way lower
