WAN IP different than my findmyip

I am trying to setup Cloudflare DNS on my router so I can get the wireguard VPN working while traveling.
On my IPv4 network it is showing
Protocol: DHCP client
Address: 76.132.xx.xx/23
Gateway: 76.132.xx.1
DNS 1: 75.75.75.75
DNS 2: 75.75.76.76

When I use services like Google or other find my IP website, I am seeing two different addresses.
Google shows the same as my Address above. But WhatisMyIPAddress.com shows my IP as 163.116.xxx.xxx
I am really confused on what is the correct IP address?

That suggests you'd be behind a cgNAT (weird I range for that purpose, but not impossible), which isn't uncommon these days (it shouldn't really affect outgoing VPN connections, but it will make incoming IPv4 connections impossible).

Try icanhazip and the Hurricane Electric IP checker, do those agree with the two you've already tried?

According to the OP, Google sees the expected public IP address, so this would have to be the strangest CGNAT setup I've ever seen if that's the case.

Have you setup this VPN yet?

I ask because of the companies who seem to own that IP space provide such services.

Yea, that's interesting.
