VRX518 firmware license change - can it be included now?

Hi everyone, I was setting up another AVM FritzBox 7530, and while downloading the DSL chipset firmware I noticed that the license has recently changed:

The wiki states that the firmware wasn't distributed with OpenWrt due to a licensing uncertainty. Can someone take a look at this new license? I'm very bad at legalese, so I don't really know what it entails.

Seems as restrictive (for open source projects) as the old one..
