VPN unable to send traffic to remote lan

Installing and Using OpenWrt

OpenWrt lan 192.168.1.0/24
Remote lan 10.124.0.0/20
OpenVPN Access Server is configured to allow traffic to 10.124.0.0/20
traceroute 10.124.0.9 from OpenWrt lan doesn't egress.

Suggestions?

Does it egress from OpenWrt itself?
