Hi. I use a ios 16.x phone with the personal hotsport mode as breakout. Generally it works. But the rescan of the 2.4 GHz Hotspot takes from 2 up to endless minutes. I have checked it with a Gli Mango Router and a TP WR904 Travel Router. Both the same behaviour. Is there something to incrase the rescanning quality / speed?

It looks like you are using a GL-inet device with their firmware. You will need to use their forums for help, as their firmware is not supported here -- it's a completely different animal than the official OpenWrt.
Same issue on a TP-Link with original OWRT 
Well, we can help you with any device that is running an official version of OpenWrt. So if that means the TP-Link, we should be able to help there.
But your issue is simply about rescanning taking too long? I don't think there's much that can be done to improve the speed there. But you could use the Travelmate package to allow you to setup a list of SSIDs that you want the router to use as the upstream network -- and you can put that in priority order. It will gracefully handle the situation where a network is not available and try the next.
You can also use USB tethering for your upstream connection.
