Update to latest version for RB2011UiAS-2HnD

Hi,
I have a RB2011UiAS-2HnD mikrotik router. This router has minimum requirements for getting an update to Openwrt 23.05. Many similar or weaker routers than this have the latest version of openwrt.

Please pay attention to this product. I need a service that work fine in openwrt 23.05

You have to re-compile your program for at71->ath79 and for musl 64bit time functions.
