Update Belkin AC1750DB

Can't update Belkin F9K1115 v2 (AC1750 DB Wi-Fi) at ath79. Currently have OpenWrt Chaos Calmer 15.05.1

The following error appears:

The uploaded image file does not contain a supported format. Make sure that you choose the generic image format for your platform.

I have tried various files and forms.

You can use the Belkin's built-in web interface to flash.

On your PC:

  1. Set the static IP of your computer to 192.168.2.3

On the Belkin:

  1. Press and hold the reset button when plugging in the power (for at least 3 seconds after plugging it in)
  2. Connect your PC to a LAN port
  3. Open a web browser to 192.168.2.1
  4. Select and upload the *factory.bin file

The problem is that I currently have version installed OpenWrt Chaos Calmer 15.05.1 and I want to upgrade to 23.05.5

Hi

Using the previously described method, you can flash the Belkin firmware or latest Openwrt firmware. But in both cases, all settings will revert back to default.

On the other hand, I would like to tell you that with the previous version of openwrt I was able to reach speeds of over 300 MB, but now I am not able to exceed 100 MB. What could be happening?

Yes, stock will be faster than openwrt.

Bit it could also be because of your config.
