Unstable wireless upload on tp link archer c20 v4

greetings!

i m on openwrt 21.02-snapshot on tp-link archer c20 v4... i m using 30/30 fiber with HFSC script at 22/22 limit... i tried cake separately, tried other script... seems there is AQL as well as airtime fairness on 21.02-snapshot but still i dont see any improvement... I tried checking out if it is caused by the script, seems that's not the case... as well as i tried checking on a freshly reset router without any sqm or anything, the upload seems to be going way higher than what i have on wired...
My bufferbloat on wired connection is always A+ but however my wireless has recently not seen anything above A sometimes it drops till C... and also on wired my upload doesnt go above 22 mbps whereas on wireless it goes way above 30 and drops back to 22 and again goes up while this happens my upload spike is very high... i was wandering if i have something set wrong on wireless?
Or is my product defective... if it is i would like to purchase a new one...

i have setup 5ghz as
