It's asking you for the cache size, in MBs (default values is 2).

编译的是openwrt的官方固件，feed中的自带的transmission。

I installed the luci-app-transmission and the same error came up.Looks like something's wrong with the luci-app.I do use transmission for a while.I've never noticed this because I don't use luci for it.I just edit the conf file which is located in /etc/config/ and manually start it. 
Pro tip:change the location of conf file to somewhere else,default is in the RAM.
