I am experiencing connection problems with this latest transmission on 22.03 that I am not experiencing with any previous versions of openwrt. I have deduced that something with procd vs. procd-seccomp or procd-ujail is hindering me. when i uninstall procd-ujail in the latest 22.03, transmission will make connections but it takes 30 minutes. using procd-seccomp installed is the only way I can get transmission to work but it takes a long time for connections to establish.

My Odroid HC-2 also exhibits this behaviour. development version.
My Linksys 1900acs exhibits this behaviour but is reverted to 21.02 and is no longer exhibiting this behaviour.
