TP Link WR741ND problem

Hi,

TpLink WR-741ND V2 stopped working suddenly. With original firmware. After I tried to upload it again, also with OpwnWRT version (all same problem). I know that this kind of router costs around 20€, but you know, it must be fun. I can't find what the problem could be, maybe something with RAM? Below is captured UBoot if someone can have a look.

My first guess would be some form of hardware error on the network or memory chips. Has it had any kind of electrical or mechanical trauma?

I must admit that stop working was quite a surprise for me as an hour before I was using it to connect to other machine. What could be on the network side? All 4 LAN ports were used...
