That doesn't look like a recent OpenWrt build at all. My memory is far from perfect, but not only is it an ancient, unsupported kernel, but the Linaro compiler suggests that it isn't even an OpenWrt build, but perhaps an OEM or other third-party build.

r47269 puts the OpenWrt source behind that build likely in late 2015 -- October, 2015, checking the sources.

Yes that is an old build.

The root file system is corrupt, this could be an incomplete flash or it is trying to use ubifs on a NOR chip.

Flash the latest official version 18.06.1 and try again.
