Hello,

I have a TP-Link MR550 with an updated native firmware 1.5.0.0.0.9.1
This firmware have no options for been a client VPN (Server ok but not Client).

Due to this lack of client VPN option, I need to find an alternate firmware to be CLIENT VPN of my distant VPN server.

it's not currently supported by openwrt, this much we can tell you.

Based on the OEM firmware, it looks like MT7621 with 128MB RAM, 16MB Flash, MT7613 and MT7663E wifi.
Might be possible to port OpenWrt to the device, but the resources are alredy quite limited.

latest stock fw is 30+mb, but I guess it includes a modem update too.
