TP-Link EAP245 v1 No Web Interface

Hi! Flashed my EAP245 v1 with latest snapshot tplink_eap245-v1-squashfs-factory.bin Sat May 8 17:05:37 2021

Everything is OK, byt I can't access web interface.

Connecting the device to my laptop through ethernet cable I get IP, then accessing device IP 192.168.1.1 results in ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED, but I can root ssh without password...

What should I do to get web access to the device?

I am completely inexperienced with linux, but I think you should only install luci.

opkg update
opkg install luci

Cool! Got to set eth as bridge then I was able to install Luci!

For reference,
The current release candidate OpenWrt 21.02.0-rc1 should include LuCi.
