I just got a TP-Link Tri-Band BE9300 WiFi 7 Router Archer BE550. I see it referred to as either BE550 or BE9300. Not sure what the difference is.
Anyhow, I see some archer targets out there for compiling. Does anyone happen to know which target I should use for this? I don't see this router in the hardware database, if it's not supported I'd like to offer up assistance in getting it working. Thanks for your time.
Device is not (yet) supported. Try to examine OEM boitlog for ram/flash sizes and installed cpu and wifi.
Support for TP-Link BE900 - #52 by rmandrad + the post after, by @slh.
There is no IPQ9554 SOC support yet, nor anyone working on it at this moment - if there would, it would still take months++ of development (SOC bringup, target development, drivers); RAM might be on the low side for this particular device.
for what it's worth, they do have GPL code you can download for this router. Looks like an older version of openwrt. I'll try compiling it and see if it works somehow.
Usually, not much.
