As I am -still/yet- not able to push the data myself to github / OpenWrt.
Tor is on version 0.4.8.10 since december last year and working fine on my routers.
Even within OpenWrt snapshot it is still on version 0.4.8.7 ?
New hashes return on 1st build and can be adjusted in according Makefile.
[EDIT] There is also something wrong in the OpenWrt build environment according package tor-hs, after first run 'make menuconfig' and selecting it (i.e. luci-app-tor), it is no longer visible? Tor itself is, but can not be disabled.
(Privoxy is in snapshot on 3.0.34, as I am already running for 1 year.)
