ToH brand "Eltex" request

Hi

@hauke, @wiki-account, @standarduser or whoever I should address it - could you add "Eltex" brand? They have some home routers based on RTL9607C SoC, which is currently WIP

ToH brand isn't required for device support.

It's required to give proper description for a device, belonging to that brand. And it would be good to create some basic description for all RTL9607C-based boards

I do. But it haven't much common with device page

You can always go with "Unbranded Boards" route. That is what i did with my rtl9607c router and also what cjd did with smartfiber router before econet was even added to OpenWrt.
