Your screenshots show the GUI interface to configure and/or upgrade the stock firmware.
If you are staying on stock, but are missing functionality because you think something may have been cut from the firmware you used to ubrick, then flash it again...with the "uncut" firmware, using the GUI interface.
I did this, for example at the time I wrote the error CODE 71211
Error code: 71211
Failed to upload upgrade file. Please select the correct file.
Try one of these EU versions...
I tried almost all versions, Error code: 71211*
