I have just come over to OpenWrt from Mikrotik, and am trying to figure out the following:
My ISP has 2 different data caps (Daytime = 7am to Midnight, Nighttime = Midnight to 7am).
I am trying to restrict my bandwidth during the Daytime Data to about 3Mbps, and then have a higher rate / unlimited rate during the nighttime data. This is to preserve as much of the daytime data as possible.
I have installed nft-qos, and it seems to be working well. However I do not know if it will allow me to specify time of day, or if there is some way to swap around the config file and reload nft-qos automatically using Cron.
Any Suggestions.
