There is no "modem" register in the menu

In my menu bar I have no register for "modem", why can this be, and how can I fix the problem?

I use the TP-Link Mr-3020 V1 Router and the Huawei E8372 3G/4G Modem

There is no "modem" menu in OpenWrt by default. In order to utilize your 3G modem, you need to install the appropriate USB drivers and LuCI protocol packages. The wiki should contain more informations.
