Themes Errors with install

found a nice theme but will not install, anyone had any luck with themes from git

The *opkg install* command failed with code `255`.

all three ping things in Network Utilities give a response
ping, tracelook ns lookup

github isn't a source for opkg packages, and opkg isn't the installation tool for github content.
